Dilara Mataracı

Dilara Mataraci is a Turkish artist, born in 1993, in Trabzon.

Dilara was accepted to the Science and Art Centre where she studied from 2000 until 2010. In 2010 she graduated valedictorian at the Trabzon Anatolian Fine Arts High School. After winning first place in her aptitude test, she began her studies at Mimar Sinan University of Art under Prof. Yalcin Karaya at Studio Five.

From 2013 to 2014, Mataraci continued with her studies, enrolling in the Erasmus Exchange program at the Academia Di Belle Arti Di Bologna in Italy. She attended Mimar Sinan Fine Arts in 2015, graduating with honours from the University Art Department. In the same year, she was awarded second place in the master’s program at Mimar Sinan University institute of Basic Art.

Currently, Mataraci works both domestically and abroad, taking part in many group exhibitions, teaching private courses, while also expanding her own personal portfolio at her private workshop.
