The work Aquarium (2008) was performed in Portugal during the performance festival of Sweet and Tender Collaboration in Performing Arts. Rolled up in a fetus-like position, the artist was submerged, for a couple of minutes, in a glass tank filled with water. A certain amount of ink was gradually poured into the water thus emphasizing the visual quality of transparency by the introduction of its opposite.

The above described performance, conceived in the given conditions, stages the situation of prenatal existence and the dramatic possibilities connected to it. Over the peaceful rest in prenatal serenity a threatening shadow of trauma is hanging. This trauma marks the life forever, but is, at the same time, the source of metamorphosis and repeated initiation.
